I love living at The Palace Coral Gables. I have been living here for the past year and it’s the best decision I’ve ever done. The staff, neighbors, and management are excellent and make me feel like home.
My parent moved in 2014 to the palace and since then, I have seen them blossom while they are there. They have expanded their circle of friends, they have regained their independence and improved their self-esteem. The food is excellent and of great quality (keep in mind that it is not easy to please the palette of an 80 year old), the activities program has something for everyone and the staff is very caring and attentive.
I will must also give the palace accolades in the way they handled the COVID-19 and their heroic efforts in keeping everyone safe while providing excellent service and care. Kudos to you!
The Palace at Coral Gables is a good work environment. Very friendly and professional workers. It’s a very welcoming place and everyone is very genuine. Great managers and supervisors. If you are a high school student and looking to start working I suggest you consider this place for the position as a “server” because they are super flexible and understanding!
Wonderfully luxurious and excellent place for our seniors to live in. Love this place! Their care, sense of commitment and empathy is superb! Everything is 5-star quality at The Palace at Coral Gables. Starting with the managers, chefs, receptionists, all the way to their janitors and valet personnel, everyone is friendly, respectful, loving and caring. All of the managers and staff are dedicated and truly involved in making sure that the residents are well taken care of, loved and happy being at The Palace. They offer a multitude of amenities and activities to their residents. They take the time to truly know the residents by name, likes, dislikes and everything relating to each individual person living there. They even have many activities that involved the residents' families and closed friends whom are always welcome. Kudos and thanks for going above and beyond!
